PANGKALPINANG, SUARABANGKA.COM – Tim Gabungan BNNP Bangka Belitung berhasil menggagalkan penyelundupan narkoba jenis sabu jaringan Batam ke Bangka Belitung di Bandar Depati Amir, Pangkalpinang, Sabtu (10/6/2023), malam.
Seorang tersangka berinisial TC (34) yang diamankan berikut barang bukti tiga bungkus sabu seberat 158.17 gram. TC baru saja menghirup udara bebas setelah menjalani hukuman penjara 12 tahun dalam kasus narkoba.
Selain itu diamankan juga 1 unit handphone vivo Y91C warna merah pelangi, 1 lembar boarding pass Lion Air JT614 tujuan Jakarta-Pangkalpinang An CY ( TR ) ( pemalsuan Data Identitas),
uang tunai Rp 75.000 (1 lembar pecahan Rp. 50.000,- dan 5 lembar Rp. 5.000,-) dan HP Vivo warna Merah kombinasi Hitam.
Kepala BNNP Bangka Belitung, Brigjen Pol MZ Muttaqien mengatakan, modus tersangka menyembunyikan sabu dalam dubur dan sela paha dari rute Bandar Batam – Jakarta menuju Bandara Depati Amir, Pangkalpinang
“Narkotika (sabu) tersebut dibawa oleh tersangka dari Batam menuju Provinsi Bangka Belitung melalui 2 jalur udara, yaitu menggunakan transportasi maskapai swasta yang paling banyak pesawatnya di Indonesia,”ujar Musttaqim melalui pesan tertulis, Minggu (11/6/2023)
Dikatakan Musttaqim, tersangka mengawali perjalanannya dari Bandara Batam menuju Jakarta mengunakan pesawat dengan modus mengelabui petugas dengan cara memalsukan Identitas yang notabene berbeda dengan Tiket dan KTP.
Setelah sampai di Bandara jakarta, tersangka kembali memesan tiket pesawat dengan maskapai yang berbeda untuk melanjutkan perjalanannya menuju Pangkalpinang.
“Pelaku berusaha mengelabuhi petugas dg cara memalsukan identitas dan membawa narkoba jenis Sabu dengan caranya di bagi menjadi 3 bungkus yang dipacking dengan dibalut oleh plastik licin ke dalam dubur, plastik berlapis-lapis, tujuannya supaya tidak terdeteksi saat pemeriksaan di bandara,”katanya.
Akal bulus tersangka kembali dilakukan oleh tersangka, ketika mau keluar bandara tersangka sempat masuk kedalam toliet untuk memendahkan 3 bungkus sabu dengan cara dilakban dibagian pangkal paha bagian dalam tersangka.
“Setelah pemeriksaan dibandara, baru tersangka mengeluarkan 3 bungkus Narkotika sabu tersebut dan menyimpannya didalam tas ransel yang di bawanya pada saat tertangkap tadi malam Ri Bandara Depati Amir Pangkalpinang,”terang Musttaqim.
Target Tersangka juga sempat berupaya melakukan perlawanan namun dapat di tangani petugas. Setelah dirungkus oleh petugas, tersangka kemudian dilakukan penggeledahan dan didapatkan sabu seberat 158.17 gram.
Untuk mempertangungjawabkan perbuatannya, tersangka beserta barang bukti di bawa ke Kantor BNNP Bangka Belitung untuk dilakukan pengembangan penyidikan.
“Dari beberapa bukti mengarah pada Bandar jaringan Batam,”tegasnya.
“Dari Barang bukti yang kita amankan, kita telah menyelamatkan 1264 jiwa anak bangsa di Bumi Serumpun Sebalai, Bangka Belitung,”terangnya.
Dijelaskan Musttaqim, tersangka sebelumnya sudah diberikan uang jalan sebesar Rp 20 juta, namun untuk tiket sudah ditanggung semua oleh orang yang menyuruh tersangka (Bandar).
“Pasal yang dipersangkakan kepada tersangka yaitu Pasal 114 ayat (2) subs Pasal 112 ayat (2), UU RI No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ncaman maksimal 20 tahun penjara,”tandasnya. (wah)
