Lepas Calon Praja IPDN Asal Babel, Ini Pesan Pj Gubernur Suganda

PANGKALPINANG – Seorang Praja harus memiliki mental baja, menjaga integritas, dan berperilaku baik dengan membawa nama besar Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Prov. Kep. Babel).

Demikian pesan yang disampaikan Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Suganda Pandapotan Pasaribu saat acara Pelepasan Calon Praja Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN) dalam rangka Mengikuti Tahapan Registrasi Calon Praja IPDN Asal Prov. Kep. Babel di Rumah Dinas Gubernur (7/8/23).

“Tujuh orang calon praja ini adalah putra putri terbaik Bangka Belitung. Kita berharap, pemerintah provinsi melalui BKPSDMD dapat mendorong anak-anak kita ini agar dapat mengikuti perkuliahan dengan baik, karena dia akan membanggakan tidak hanya keluarganya tapi juga Prov. Kep. Babel,” ungkap Pj Gubernur Suganda.

Dirinya berharap, di tahun-tahun mendatang akan ada banyak lagi putra putri Bangka Belitung yang bisa mengikuti sekolah-sekolah kedinasan, salah satunya seperti IPDN ini.

“Selamat dan sukses kepada tujuh peserta yang telah dinyatakan lulus, semoga tahapan registrasi calon praja IPDN tahun 2023 ini dapat berjalan dengan baik, dan anak-anak kita dapat mengikuti semua kegiatan yang ada di Kampus Jatinangor dengan baik pula,” pungkasnya.

“Pesan saya, calon praja ini harus kuat mental, jaga integritas termasuk didalamnya disiplin, jujur, komitmen, berbudi luhur, objektif dan bertanggungjawab,” pungkasnya.

Serupa dengan Pj Gubernur, Kepala BKPSDMD Susanti juga memberikan wejangan dan semangat kepada tujuh orang calon praja yang telah dinyatakan lulus seleksi, yakni menjaga integritas.

Karena, dalam rangka mewujudkan SDM aparatur yang kompeten, kompetitif dan profesional, menurutnya seorang praja harus memiliki integritas tinggi.

Dalam hal ini, pemprov melalui BKPSDMD memfasilitasi pelaksanaan seleksi penerimaan Calon Praja IPDN yang telah dilaksanakan sebelumnya, untuk menjaring Calon Praja yang berkualitas.

Sistem seleksi secara keseluruhan dilakukan secara transparan melalui media online, adil dan akuntabel dengan hasil tes yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
