PANGKALPINANG – Pemerintah kota Pangkalpinang menggelar Forum Konsultasi Publik membahas tentang Rencana Pembangunan Daerah (RPD) tahun 2024-2026 dan Rancangan Awal Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) Kota Pangkalpinang tahun 2024.
Walikota Pangkalpinang, Maulan Aklil atau Molen ketika membuka acara yang diselenggaran di uang OR Kantor Walikota Pangkalpinang, Rabu (08/02/2023), mengatakan, tujuan forum digelar untuk memberi masukan dan saran kepada kita dalam menyusun rancangan RPD dan RKPD.
“Kegiatan ini sangat baik, karena kita menampung dari pemangku pemangku kepentingan atau stakeholder terkait, dan kemudian akan diambil keputusan bersama,” kata Molen.
Menurut Molen, jika dilihat dari tumb8h kembang Kota Pangkalpinang. tidak jauh dari investasi.
Makanya bagaimana caranya agar investasi masuk ke Kota Pangkalpinang, sebanyak-banyaknya supaya Pangkalpinang hidup, pengangguran berkurang, kemiskinan berkurang karena itu sangat berpengaruh terhadap investasi.
“Seperti banjir, keamanan, kenyamanan dan ketentraman, itu juga menjadi pijakan dari investasi, ekonomi kita harus tumbuh sehingga untuk menciptakan itu kita harus kondusif,” katanya.
Pada kesempatan sama, Kepala BPS Kota Pangkalpinang, Ahmad Thamrin memaparkan, dari tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2022 memang ada data yang masih lama dan ada beberapa juga yang sudah kami update.
Berdasarkan data BPS Pangkalpinang, bahwa penduduk Kota Pangkalpinang sebanyak 226.293 jiwa, kemudian untuk kepadatan sudah direvisi berdasarkan Kemendagri No.101 tahun 2022 sekarang ini sekitar 104,542 km².
Sedangkan untuk angka pengangguran sampai tahun 2022 terjadi penurunan yang sangat signifikan dari 65,78 persen menjadi 5,9 persen. “Ini semua tidak lepas dari usaha Pemkot Pangkalpinang,” katanya.
Dia mengigatkan soal kemiskinan ekstrim. “Untuk Kota Pangkalpinang, terjadi penurunan penduduk kemiskinan ekstrim dari 1.098 menjadi 1.053 orang,” katanya.
“Kenapa kemiskinan ekstrim ini terjadi, karena dampak Covid-19 kemarin. Apakah Pangkalpinang siap? karena sesuai instruksi dari Pemerintah Pusat tahun 2024 harus nol,” tambah Ahmad.
Sedangkan Yan Rizana, Kepala Bappeda dan Litbang Kota Pangkalpinang menyampaikan, sebagian besar struktur perekonomian Kota Pangkalpinang dikuasai oleh kategori perdagangan besar dan eceran.
Pertama, revarasi mobil dan sepeda motor tahun 2021 mendominasi hingga 24,59 persen. Kedua, sektor industri pengolahan dan konstruksi sebesar 17,19 persen. Ketiga terbesar dalam menunjang Kota Pangkalpinang dengan kontribusi sebesar 11,49 persen.
“Kemudian untuk angka pengangguran dan kemiskinan hampir sama dengan yang disampaikan oleh BPS,” ucap Yan.
Disamping itu, Yan juga mengatakan, untuk RKPD tahun 2024 yaitu optimalisasi potensi perekonomian daerah didukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik.
Yakni dengan cara, mengoptimalisasi peningkatan data tarik investasi daerah, penguatan usaha agroindustri dan UMKM, peningkatan kualitas infrastruktur pusat perdagangan, peningkatan akses dan pelayanan fasilitas kesehatan, peningkatan kualitas sanitasi perumahan dan penyediaan air yang layak.
Kemudian pelaksanaan legislatif dan Pilkada serentak, transformasi ASN dan peningkatan kualitas manajemen Pemda, peningkatan akuntabel pengelolaan keuangan daerah berbasis IT, peningkatan keterampilan dan keahlian angkatan kerja khususnya dalam teknologi,informasi,dan komunikasi, dan peningkatan keberdayaan masyarakat perlindungan dan rehabilitasi sosial.
