TOBOALI – Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia telah menggelontorkan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) sebesar Rp11,4 miliar lebih ke Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Yaitu tahun 2019 sebesar Rp1,4 miliar lebih dan tahun 2023 sebesar Rp10 miliar.
Besaran DAK ini disampaikan oleh Deputi Bidang Pengembangan Bahan Pustaka dan Jasa Informasi Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia, Mariana Ginting kepada Mediaqu, Rabu (22/11/23).
“Kabupaten Bangka Selatan pada tahun 2019 telah menerima bantuan DAK untuk pengadaan perabot senilai Rp1 miliar, untuk pembinaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi Rp189 juta, dan untuk pengadaan bahan perpustakaan senilai Rp225 juta,” ungkap Mariana Ginting kepada Mediaqu jaringan Suarabangka.com.
Sedangkan pada tahun 2023, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan kembali menerima bantuan DAK senilai Rp10 miliar untuk pembangunan gedung perpustakaan Kabupaten Bangka Selatan di Komplek Perkantoran setempat, Jalan Gunung Namak, Gadung, Kecamatan Toboali.
“Dengan demikian, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan telah tuntas mendapatkan bantuan DAK untuk semua menu infrastruktur pembangunan perpustakaan. Semoga kedepanya Kabupaten Bangka Selatan dapat membangun SDM yang berkualitas,” lanjutnya.
Mariana Ginting menambahkan, bahwa Perpusnas RI telah menetapkan 5 desa, yaitu perpustakaan Desa Airbara, Desa Bencah, Desa Irat, Desa Permis, dan Desa Tiram sebagai penerima bantuan peningkatan layanan perpustakaan berbasis inkluasi sosial pada tahun 2021.
Selain itu, pada tahun 2023 akan ada 1 titik perpustakaan penerima bantuan POCADI (Pojok Baca Digital). Selain itu, juga sudah ada 2 mobil perpustakaan keliling di lingkup Kabupaten Bangka Selatan.
Dia berharap dukungan dari Bupati Bangka Selatan dalam upaya memaksimalkan layanan perpustakaan ini, yang salah satunya dapat melalui pelaksaan program dan kegiatan perpustakaan sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang terbaiknya kepada masyarakat Negeri Junjung Besaoh.
“Besar harapan kami layanan perpustakaan dapat difungsikan secara maksimal sehingga menjadi ruang akses bagi masyarakat untuk memperoleh pengetahuan, dan informasi yang berguna bagi peningkatakan kualitas hidupnya,” imbuhnya. (Suf)
