“Alhamdulillah, kita tahun ini kembali mendapatkan BKN Award Tahun 2023 untuk salah satu Kategori Pengembangan Kompetensi. Setelah di tahun 2021 dan 2022 mendapatkan BKN Award juga dengan kategori berbeda,” ungkap Kepala BKPSDMD Kota Pangkalpinang, Fahrizal.
Selain Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang, penghargaan untuk kategori ini juga diraih oleh Pemerintah Kota Bontang, Banjarbaru, Pontianak dan Madiun.
“Hari ini baru pengumuman, untuk penyerahan award nanti akan ada acara tersendiri di masing masing Kantor Regional BKN. Ke depan mudah-mudahan dapat menerapkan implementasi manajemen kepegawaian yang lebih baik,” tukas Fahrizal. (***)
