BELINYU – Ponton Isap Produksi (PIP) dengan bendera bewarna biru diduga masih beroperasi di dekat perairan Mengkubung dan Pulau Dante Kecamatan Belinyu Kabupaten Bangka, Sabtu (10/12/2022), pagi.
Dari informasi yang dihimpun di lokasi tampak sekitar 50 ponton diduga masih melakukan aktivitas penambangan meskipun telah ada Intruksi dari Polairud Polda Babel untuk menarik ponton dari lokasi.
“Masih ada yang (diduga) beroperasi bang, ada sekitar 50 ponton, bendera warna biru,”ujar Eko, nelayan Teluk Kelabat Dalam kepada suarapos.com, Minggu (10/12/2022), pagi.
Dia meminta aparat kepolisian segera menertibkan ponton tersebut karena tidak mengindahkan himbauan yang telah dikeluarkan penegak hukum sebelumnya.
“Nah bagus mereka yang masih membandel, kami berharap aparat kepolisian segera menindak tegas. Terbukti mereka tidak mengindahkan perintah untuk menarik ponton dari lokasi,”tegasnya.
Sementara Direktur Polairud Polda Babel Kombes Pol Agus Try Waluyo ketika dikonfirmasi belum merespon.

Melansir suarapos.com, grup suarabangka.com (CMN) Direktorat Polairud Polda Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menertibkan aktivitas penambangan timah diduga ilegal di perairan Mengkubung dan perairan Pulau Dante, Belinyu, Kabupaten Bangka, Jumat (9/12/2022).
Dalam penertiban di kedua perairan ini Tim yang diipimpin oleh AKP Suhairi, Kasubagbin Ops Ditpolairud mengunakan Kapal Patroli Dit Polairud yang ada di Pangkalan Sandar Belinyu.
“Di lokasi masih ditemukan sejumlah tambang ilegal yang beroperasi. Kemudian para penambang perairan Mengkubung dan perairan Pulau Dante dikumpulkan dan diberikan peringatan untuk segera menarik ponton-ponton tersebut,” kata Direktur Ditpolairud Polda Bangka Belitung Kombes Pol Agus Tri Waluyo, dalam keterangan resmi.
“Sudah berulang-ulang dilakukan penertiban bahkan penegakan hukum juga sering di lakukan namun tidak ada jeranya,” sambung Agus.
Diketahui penertiban serupa bukan kali pertama di kedua kawasan perairan ini. Untuk kali ini para penambang diingatkan agar menghentikan aktivitasnya dengan menarik ponton dan tidak lagi melakukan penambangan lokasi tersebut. (**)
