MERAWANG – Ricky alias Kiki (47) Warga Tanjung Ratu Kecamatan Sungailiat diamankan Tim Kibas Satnarkoba Polres Bangka akibat mengedarkan sabu, Kamis (11/5/2023).
Tersangka diamankan bersama barang bukti 20,33 gram sabu di samping Pos Satpam Rumah Sakit Provinsi Bangka Belitung Desa Air Anyir kecamatan Merawang Kabupaten Bangka, Rabu (10/5/2023) siang.
Kasat Narkoba Polres Bangka AKP Harry Frizko, SH mengatakan tersangka berhasil ditangkap atas informasi dari masyarakat bila di lokasi tersebut sering dijadikan tempat transaksi Narkoba.
“Dengan mendapatkan informasi tersebut tim kibas melakukkan penyelidikan terhadap infomasi tersebut. Tidak menunggu lama tim Kibas berhasil menangkap pelaku Dicky als Kiki,” ujar AKP Harry Frizko.
Dari penangkapan pelaku Dicky als kiki di dapatkan barang bukti 2 buah plastik Klip Bening berukuran sedang berisikan kristal warna putih yang diduga narkotika jenis sabu Dengan Berat Bruto *20,33 Gram*, 1 (satu) Buah Batok Kelapa berisikan, 1 (satu) buah amplop ampau berwarna merah, 1 (satu) Kotak rokok merek Asatu warna coklat, 1 (satu) unit hanphone merek Oppo A37 warna Pink, 1 (satu) Buah Pirek Kaca dan 1 (satu) unit sepeda motor merek Honda Beat warna Biru Putih BN 4417 QI.
Modus yang dilakukkan oleh pelaku Dicky als Kiki melakukan transaksi jual beli narkotika jenis sabu dengan cara menjual paket narkoba jenis sabu.
“Pelaku Dicky als Kiki diduga melanggar Pasal 114 ayat 2 atau Pasal 112 ayat 2 UU RI No. 35 tahun 2009 ttg Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman penjara minimal 5 tahun, maksimal 20 tahun,”jelas AKP Harry Frizko. (wah)
