BANGKA – Penjabat Gubernur Babel, Ridwan Djamaluddin memimpin patroli di perairan Teluk Kelabat, Minggu (24/7/2022), dini hari.
Didampingi tim pengawasan keselamatan keamanan laut Babel, Ridwan juga menjabat Dirjen Mineral dan Batubara (Minerba), melihat langsung maraknya aktivitas tambang laut ilegal jenis ponton dan TI selam masih terjadi di perairan Belinyu sampai Pusuk.
Dari atas kapal KN Damaru P.214, Ridwan mengimbau agar para penambang segera mengurus perizinan.
“Kalau bapak kesulitan mengurus izin, kami bantu silakan temui camat, silakan urus badan usahanya. Setelah punya izin nanti dapat bekerjasama dengan IUP baik PT Timah maupun swasta,”ujarnya.
Ridwan menyayangkan kegiatan tambang ilegal tersebut masih terjadi meski sudah beberapa kali di lakukan penertiban.
“Jangan seperti ini, tidak bagus untuk bapak-bapak dan negara. Mari kita cari penghidupan yang halal. Ditambah di lokasi ini juga ada keluhan. Nelayan mencari ikan akibat penambangan ilegal ini, kita harus memikirkan mereka juga,”tegas Ridwan.
Ridwan meminta para penambang ilegal di Teluk Kelabat segera menghentikan aktifitas ilegal maning tersebut. Ridwan menegaskan bila penambang masih tetap membandel, maka tindakan tegas akan dilakukan.
“Oleh karena itu, saya meminta kepada para penambang ilegal untuk menghentikan aktivitas mulai malam ini. Jika masih mengulangi maka pada patroli berikutnya kami tidak segan – segan untuk bertindak tegas,” pungkasnya. (wah)
