TOBOALI – Anggota DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, H. Edy Junaedi Foe bertemu dengan puluhan pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan, Senin (20/11/23).
Selain menjemput aspirasi dari masyarakat, Eddy juga melaksanakan Sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 9 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pembangunan Ekonomi Kreatif. Salah satunya adalah untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja memalui bidang UMKM.
Dalam kesempatan itu, ia menerima banyak aspirasi yang disampaikan oleh para pelaku UMKM. Mulai dari akses permodalan, pembinaan hingga ke pemasaran hasil produksi.
Menyambut aspirasi yang disampaikan masyarakat tersebut, Eddy menegaskan, DPRD bersama Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung berkomitmen untuk kemajuan sektor UMKM.
“Bertemu dengan para pelaku UMKM adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi sehingga pemerintah daerah memiliki pedoman dalam menyusun program yang tepat untuk memacu perkembangan UMKM,” ujarnya di konfirmasi Mediaqu jaringan suarabangka.com.
Edy yang akrap disapa Yong Yong berjanji akan mengupayakan berbagai program dan kegiatan yang dibutuhkan untuk mendorong UMKM di Bangka Beliung agar terus berkembang dan maju sebagai kekuatan ekonomi kerakyatan.
Dia juga mengingatkan agar para pelaku UMKM Bangka Belitung, khususnya di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas produk, kemampuan pengelolaan dan terus berinovasi untuk kemajuan usaha.
“Semoga membawa ekonomi mikro yang lebih baik lagi. UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan juga diharapkan terus tumbuh, karena keberadaan UMKM menjadi salah satu penopang ekonomi masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah,” tuturnya. (suf)
