PANGKALPINANG – Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Pangkalpinang, Syaiful Bahri Siregar atau (SBS) angkat bicara terkait adanya isu yang beredar disebut-sebut adanya oknum Kejari Pangkalpinang bermain proyek di Pemerintahan Kota.
“Kemarin ada informasi berita dari media adanya aparat penegakan hukum oknum adyaksa main proyek. Saya minta mencari informasi dari dinas dan diproses, informasi terakhir kami dapat itu tidak benar,” tegas SBS dalam acara sirahturahmi dengan wartawan di Tan Kasteel Pangkalpinang, Rabu (16/11/2022).
Acara sirahturahmi tersebut dihadiri Ketua PWI Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, M Fahturakhman, Sekretaris PWI Babel Fahruddin Halim, Wakil Ketua Bidang Kesejahteraan PWI, Wahyu Kurniawan, Wakabid Organisasi, Mad Doni, Wakabid Advokasi Antoni Ramli dan Wakabid Pendidikan PWI Babel, Romlan. Hadir juga dari KBO Babel Babel Rikky Fermana dan sejumlah wartawan media cetak maupun online di Pulau Bangka.
“Tidak ada yang namanya minta – minta (proyek) . Terkait dengan berita tersebut ini menjadi kontrol bagi kami, meski berita itu belum benar. Dan kami menanyakan kepada oknumnya dan tidak benar.
SBS tak menepis ada anak buahnya bertemu dengan kontraktor dengan tujuan pengawasan dan kepentingan sosial.
“Pertemuan itu ada, perkenalan itu ada, dengan yang bersangkutan. Andai saya bertemu dengan kontraktor di luar belum tentu dikatakan ada perbuatan menyimpang. Apalagi itu merupakan bentuk pengawasan dan untuk kepentingan sosial,” kata SBS.
“Artinya saya clear-kan tidak ada oknum Kejari main proyek. Tapi kami mendapat informasi bahwa banyak orang – orang mengatasnamakan oknum mendapatkan proyek bisa saja ada agen dan pihak lain,” jelasnya.
Selain itu SBS juga telah berkoordinasi dengan Pemkot Pangkalpinang terkait ada oknum atau pengusaha yang meminta proyek agar segera melapor .
“Saya telah meminta Pemkot jika ada oknum dan pengusaha minta proyek, atau mengintimidasi silakan lapor saya, dan saya bisa memproses oknum tersebut sesuai prosedur,”terangnya.
Ketua PWI Babel : Menulislah Dengan Kebenaran, Bukan Asumsi
Ketua PWI Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung , M Fakhturrahman mengatakan wartawan dan Kejaksaan itu adalah mitra dan harus bersinergi.
“Kami berpesan kepada jaksa jangan alergi sama wartawan, wartawan juga tugasnya begini, kadang ngeselin tapi kami tetap menjalankan tugas, tetap menjaga kode etik,”ujar pria yang akrab disapa Boy tersebut.
“Menulis lah dengan kebenaran bukan berdasarkan asumsi, artinya fakta harus jelas. Kita harus bersinergi dengan kejaksaan,”pesan Boy.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama Kepala Kantor Berita Online atau KBO Babel, Rikky Fermana menambahkan pemberitaan yang dimuat oleh wartawan harus sesuai fakta bukan berdasarkan opini wartawan.
“Kalau ada sengketa berita harus mengklarifikasi berita agar tidak ada pihak yang merasa dirugikan,” kata Rikky.
Sementara oknum Jaksa yang disebut – sebut bermain proyek mengatakan bila kabar pemberitaan itu sama sekali tidak benar dan telah merugikan Korp Adhyaksa Pangkalpinang.
“Nantilah bang, ada waktunya kami akan bertindak,” katanya singkat. (**)
