DPD RI-Pj Gubernur Babel Bahas Penataan Daerah Hingga Ketahanan Pangan

PANGKALPINANG – Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia (DPD RI) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Kep. Babel) melakukan kunjungan kerja di Daerah Pemilihan (Reses) pada Masa Sidang II Tahun Sidang 2023-2024.

Reses tersebut diterima langsung oleh Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Kep. Babel Safrizal ZA, yang didampingi Sekretaris Daerah Naziarto, di Ruang Rapat Tanjung Pendam Kantor Gubernur, (Selasa 12/12/2023).

Darmansyah Hussein selaku Ketua Tim menuturkan, kunjungan tersebut bertujuan untuk bersilaturahmi, sekaligus menyampaikan aspirasi dari masyarakat.

“Adapun maksud dari kunjungan kami ini untuk bersilaturahmi dengan Penjabat Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, sekaligus menyampaikan aspirasi dari masyarakat untuk dapat kita carikan solusinya bersama,” ujarnya.

Lebih lanjut, Darmansyah Hussein menyampaikan terkait penataan daerah utamanya pemekaran kabupaten.

“Bahwasanya muncul aspirasi terkait keinginan masyarakat Bangka Utara agar menjadi kabupaten dengan ibukota Belinyu. Aspirasi ini memang sudah lama diutarakan,”

“Namun, kami berharap apabila kran moratorium sudah dibuka, kami berharap ini dapat ditindaklanjuti sesuai dengan aturan. Begitupun keinginan masyarakat agar Kota Tanjungpandan dijadikan sebagai kota mandiri,” tuturnya.

Sementara itu, ust. Zuhri M. Syazali memgungkapkan persoalan ketahanan pangan di Negeri Serumpun Sebalai. Katanya, diperlukan sinergi yang kuat agar Kep. Babel mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pokok, serta menjaga stabilitas harga.

Menanggapi hal tersebut Pj. Gubernur Safrizal ZA yang juga menjabat sebagai Direktur Jendral Bina Administrasi Kewilayahan Kementerian Dalam Negeri RI mengungkapkan, penataan daerah untuk sementara dilakukan moratorium.

“Saat ini ada sekitar 330 usulan yang sudah masuk. Tapi, memang belum bisa ditindaklanjuti. Untuk sementara ini ditutup dulu untuk menghindari timbulnya sengketa saat pemilu nanti. Namun, untuk batas wilayah kita sudah menyelesaikan 97%,” jelasnya.

Sementara, terkait ketahanan pangan dan stabilitas harga, Safrizal menyampaikan upaya yang akan dilakukan antara lain menggenjot produksi komoditi holtikultura untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Babel.

“Untuk tomat, cabai kita upayakan tahun depan 100 hektare. Ini nanti bisa memenuhi 80 persen kebutuhan daerah,” jelasnya.

Selain penataan daerah dan ketahan pangan, pertemuan ini juga membahas perihal stunting, kemiskinan ekstrim, ketersediaan data, dan informasi, serta kepegawaian.

Turut hadir dalam kegiatan Anggota Komisi IV Alexander Fransiscus, Kepala Kantor DPD RI Andarta Ferryadi, serta Kepala Perangkat Daerah/Perwakilan di Lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Kep. Babel.
