Eks Dirut BPRS Babel Helly Yuda Ditahan Kejati

PANGKALPINANG –  Kejaksaan Tinggi Bangka Belitung telah menetapkan mantan Dirut Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah atau BPRS, Helly Yuda sebagai tersangka kasus Korupsi Rp7.025 Miliar. Atas penetapan itu, ia telah ditahan Jaksa, Rabu (09/8/2023) pukul 16.00 WIB.

Asisten Intelijen Kejati Bangka Belitung Fadil Regan, SH, MH didampingi Kepala Seksi Penegakan Hukum (Penkum), Basuki Rahardjo, Kamis (10/8/2023),  mengatakan tersangka HY diduga melakukan Tindak Pidana Korupsi pada pengelolaan dana pinjaman modal kerja kepada petani ubi kasesa pada PT Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bangka Belitung Cabang Muntok Tahun 2017 dengan merugikan Keuangan Negara sebesar Rp 7.025.000.000 (tujuh milyar dua puluh lima juta rupiah).

Penahanan tersangka dilakukan di rumah tanahanan negara, Lapas Kelas IIA Kota Pangkalpinang Provinsi Bangka Belitung selama 20 hari terhitung sejak tanggal 09 Agustus 2023 sampai dengan tanggal 28 Agustus 2023.

“Penahanan terhadap tersangka HY berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penahanan (Tingkat Penyidikan) Nomor : Print – 700 /L.9/Fd.1/08/2023 tanggal 09 Agustus l 2023 atas nama Helli Yuda, S.H.,M.Hum,”ujar Basuki.

Adapun Pasal yang disangkakan untuk Tersangka, yaitu :Primair : Pasal 2 ayat (1) Jo pasal 18 Undang-Undang RI Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang perubahan atas Undang-undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke 1 KUHP.

Subsidi : Pasal 3 Jo pasal 18 Undang-Undang RI Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang perubahan atas Undang-undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke 1 KUHP.

Dimana Penahanan Tersangka dilakukan oleh Penyidik berdasarkan pasal 21 KUHAP. (wah)
