Hellyana Minta Orang Tua Hindarkan Anak Jadi Korban Pernikahan Usia Dini

TANJUNGPANDAN – Walaupun angka dan statistik usia pernikahan dini di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung mulai melandai dan terus ditekan secara signifikan, namun hal itu tidak menyurutkan semangat Hellyana, SH untuk terus mengadvokasi konstituen agar tidak abai dan terlena seperti mengikuti kisah dalam sinetron.

“Kalau saya bicara ke perlindungan psikis, bagaimana di lingkungan kita saat ini masih banyak pernikahan usia dini. Banyak dari kita mungkin merasa malu dan tidak mencatatkan administrasinya, padahal itu hak anak.” Ucap Wakil Pimpinan DPRD baru-baru ini.

Berbicara dihadapkan sejumlah konstituen yang didominasi ibu-ibu, Sabtu (09/12/2023). Hellyana menekankan sangat penting memahami sejumlah poin dari Perda Provinsi Bangka Belitung Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan Anak.

“Anak mempunyai hak hidup secara psikis maupun sosial. Jika ada anak-anak dilingkungan kita yang dirasa kurang di penuhi hak-hak nya, maka kita tidak boleh abai, tetapi wajib melaporkan karena ini merupakan hak nya.” tegas Bunda Hellyana.
