PANGKALPINANG – Puluhan massa tergabung dari mahasiswa dan nelayan Teluk Kelabat Dalam Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, mengelar aksi unjukrasa di depan Mapolda Babel, Selasa (12/12/2023).
Dalam orasinya, massa mendesak Polda Babel segera menertibkan aktivitas tambang laut ilegal jenis Ponton Isap Produksi (PIP) di Perairan laut Teluk Kelabat Dalam, wilayah tangkap nelayan.
Dengan membentangkan spanduk bertuliskan Segera Tindak Pelaku Tambang Ilegal, massa mendesak Kapolda Babel segera menangkap para pelaku tambang ilegal.
“Kami nelayan dan mahasiswa cinta Teluk Kelabat Dalam. Mereka (pelaku tambang) telah melanggar undang – undang tapi tidak dijalankan penindakan,”ujar Koordinator Aksi, Okta.
“Fakta dilapangan penambang mengais timah, sementara nelayan menangis,”sambungnya.
Massa juga mempertanyakan lemahnya penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku tambang ilegal di Bangka Belitung.
“Polisi bicara penegakan hukum tapi di lapangan tidak menegakkan hukum. Mereka yang berseragam lebih memilih jadi saksi penindasan yang dialami nelayan,”jelasnya.
Ketua Umum Nelayan Riding Panjang, dan pembina Nelayan Teluk Kelabat Salam, Wisnu menyampaikan bila nelayan telah berjuang mempertahankan wilayah tangkap sejak puluhan tahun.
“Tidak mungkin ada pelanggaran hukum kalau tidak ada penegakan hukum,”katanya.
Wisnu menjelaskan, persiran Teluk Kelabat Dalam wilayah tangkap nelayan seharusnya wilayah bebas dari kegiatan pertambangan, namun kenyataanya di lapangan ada ratusan tambang ilegal beroperasi.
“Diteluk Kelabat Dalam saat ini ada sekitar 400 ponton. Dimana penegak hukum? kami datang dari Teluk Kelabat Dalam meminta Kapolda agar yang melanggar hukum ditindak tegas,”sambungnya.
“Sekali lagi kami masyarakat kecil mencari keadilan dijalan, harusnya malu Pak, jalanan bukan tempat pengadilan. Ini bukan sandiwara, kami tidak mengerti politik, kami tau yang terjadi dilapangan. Karena kami setiap hari pergi melaut,”tegasnya.
Wisnu juga meminta kepada aparat penegak hukum dalam hal ini pihak kepolisian agar tidak memandang sebalah mata apa yang menjadi tuntutan nelayan.
“Jangan anggap remeh dengan keadaan ini pak, karena ini berkaitan dengan hajat hidup nelayan. Kami mohon (pak Kapolda), tertibkan tambang ilegal di Perairan laut Teluk Kelabat Dalam,”tegasnya.
“Nelayan juga manusia yang memiliki hak untuk hidup dan mendapat keadilan. Mereka nelayan memiliki keluarga, dan mereka memiliki hak untuk hidup,”jelasnya.
“Bukan untuk oknum oknum untuk hidup bergelut ditambang ilegal. Sementara perwakilan nelayan Des Rukam, Raharjo mengatakan sejak bertahun tahun masyarakat nelayan kesulitan mendapatkan ikan karena aktivitss tambang ilegal.
“Sebelumnya masyarakat nelayan sudah bisa menyekolahkan anaknya sampai kuliah, tapi sekarang Teluk Kelabat Dalam hancur lebur. Belum lagi biota laut mati dan musnah. Jadi tolong pak Kapolda dengarkan jeritan kami sebagai nelayan,”pinta Raharjo.
Keluhan juga datang dari nelayan Pusuk, yang menyebut fakta dilapangan tidak ada tindakan terhadap aktivitas penambangan ilegal. Padahal menurutnya Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) adalah negara hukum.
“Saya mohon kepada Bapak Kapolda jalankan tugas di negara ini, berbuatlah baik, karena bapak bapak ini di gaji dari uang rakyat. Hari ini kami ingin ketemu Bapak Kapolda langsung tidak ingin wakil – wakil kan,”jelasnya.
Dalam aksinya mahasiswa dan nelayan meminta aparat kepolisian bertindak tegas dalam menyikapi aktivitas penambangan ilegal di Teluk Kelabat Dalam.
Setelah melakukan orasi, perwakilan nelayan dan mahasiswa di terima oleh pihak Ditrektorat Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus). Namun sayangnya wartawan dilarang untuk masuk keruangan.
