PANGKALPINANG – Pesan menyejukkan disampaikan Ketua Dewan Masjid Indonesia Kota Pangkalpinang, Ustadz Johan, pada kegiatan Gerbang Surga edisi ke 100 di Masjid Al-Falah Kelurahan Temberan, Minggu (28/5). Kegiatan itu dihadiri sejumlah Ormas Islam di kota Beribu Senyuman.
Ustaz Johan mengatakan, akhir-akhir ini marak terjadi ujaran kebencian berbau politik di media sosial. Terlebih lagi hal itu ditujukan kepada pemimpin Kota Pangkalpinang.
Menurutnya, situasi ini sangat disayangkan, karena ditakutkan merusak tatanan kehidupan sosial masyarakat.
“Kami dari DMI Kota Pangkalpinang ingin menyampaikan pesan, mari kita akhiri menebar ujaran kebencian yang mengancam kesatuan dan persatuan kita,” ujarnya.
Dikatakannya, ulama dan umaro sudah bergandengan tangan berupaya membangun Kota Pangkalpinang ini untuk lebih baik.
“emoga kota beribu senyuman ini menjadi kota yang baldatun thayyibatun wa rabbun ghofur,” ucap dia.
Ustadz Johan menambahkan, perjalanan kegiatan Gerbang Surga telah sampai di edisi ke 100 ini, tidak lepas dari peran serta Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang.
Dia menuturkan, setiap kegiatan keagamaan Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang selalu hadir dan mendukung.
“Gerbang Surga ini adalah ide dari Pak Walikota sendiri. Hari ini sudah edisi ke 100, Pak Wali selalu hadir kecuali beliau sedang di luar kota. Artinya, pemimpin Kota Pangkalpinang sangat mendukung kegiatan Agama, hubungan dengan ulama pun selama ini sangat baik,” bebernya.
Sementara Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang, Firmantasi, juga mengimbau masyarakat agar menggunakan medsos dengan hati-hati, lebih selektif dalam penyebarluasan informasi yang belum pasti kebenarannya.
“Kami dari Kemenag mengimbau masyarakat agar menggunakan Medsos dengan baik, tidak mudah terpancing oleh isu isu yang sifatnya memecah belah persatuan. Apalagi untuk yang menyebarluaskan konten, hati-hati dan pilih pilih,” kata dia.
Firmantasi mengingatkan pihak-pihak tertentu yang selalu berupaya menciptakan ujaran kebencian di tengah-tengah masyarakat, dengan saling mencari-cari kesalahan antar sesama.
Dia mengatakan, di dalam agama Islam perbuatan tersebut adalah dosa. (***)
