PANGKALPINANG – Gedung Layanan Perpustakaan Pangkalpinang, rencananya akan diresmikan pada akhir Juni 2023 ini.
Selain itu, di hari yang sama, akan diselenggarakan juga talkshow “Akselerasi Transformasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Inklusi Sosial di Kota Pangkalpinang”.
Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Kepala Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Pangkalpinang, Eti Fahriaty, saat audiensi bersama Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel), Suganda Pandapotan Pasaribu, di Gedung Mahligai rumah dinas Gubernur Kepulauan Babel, Minggu (11/6/2023).
“Rencana peresmiannya tanggal 27 Juni 2023. Kami juga telah mengonfirmasi ke Deputi Bidang Pengembangan Sumber Daya Perpustakaan, pak Adin Bondar, rencananya beliau akan hadir,” terang Eti.
“Kami harap pak Pj bisa hadir, karena pak Wali berharap pak Pj berkenan hadir untuk meresmikan Gedung Layanan Perpustakaan Pangkalpinang,” jelasnya.
Eti melanjutkan, Gedung Layanan Perpustakaan Pangkalpinang merupakan bantuan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) bidang pendidikan, subbidang perpustakaan tahun anggaran 2023.
“Seluruh perpustakaan di Indonesia ini tidak terkecuali di bawah Dinas Perpustakaan dan kearsipan Kota Pangkalpinang, menggaungkan perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial,” terangnya.
“Sehingga fasilitas ini, nantinya diharapkan bisa melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan, yang dapat meningkatkan _soft skill_dan _hard skill_ masyarakat sehingga menjadi mandiri dan sejahtera,” imbuhnya.
Menanggapi undangan tersebut, Pj Gubernur Kepulauan Babel, Suganda Pandapotan Pasaribu dengan sigap langsung menjadwalkan dan memastikan kehadirannya saat hari peresmian Gedung Layanan Perpustakaan Pangkalpinang tersebut.
“Oke bu, acaranya pukul 08.30 WIB. Saya akan hadir meresmikan dan seminarnya bisa dilanjutkan,” tegasnya. (***)
