PANGKALPINANG – PJ Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Suganda Pandapotan Pasaribu memfasilitasi pertemuan antara Bupati Bangka Tengah (Batang) Algafry Rahman dan Bupati Bangka Selatan (Basel), Riza Herdavid terkait porsoalan tapal batas kedua daerah.
Pertemuan berlangsung di ruangan Tanjungpendam Kantor Gubernur Bangka Belitung berlangsung, Senin (4/9/2023), kemarin.
Dalam rapat tersebut Gubernur Bangka Belitung Suganda Pandapotan Pasaribu berharap persoalan tapal batas kedua daerah dapat diselesaikan secara adil dan tidak ada pihak yang dirugikan.
Sebelumnya sudah pernah dilakukan rapat membahas tapal batas kedua daerah pada Desember 2022. Namun, dua kepala daerah belum secara fisik bertemu dan duduk bersama. Untuk menyelesaikan persoalan ini, maka dilakukan kembali rapat kedua.
Dalam hal ini, Bupati Bateng Algafry Rahman mengatakan bahwa pihaknya siap apabila harus memberikan wilayah-wilayah Bateng, yang menurut Basel merupakan wilayah Basel.
“Kami memahami dan siap menyerahkan wilayah Bangka Tengah yang menurut Bangka Selatan itu wilayahnya. Apalagi yang wilayahnya telah diaspal oleh Bangka Selatan, tetapi pagunya masuk ke Bangka Tengah. Itu wajar. Tetapi, tetap saja kami juga harus memperhatikannya,” Kata Algafry.
Basel mengusulkan sekitar 19.241,6 Ha wilayah ke Bateng, di antaranya perbatasan Desa Lubuk Pabrik, Desa Nibung, Desa Simpang Bemban, Desa Munggu, Desa Kulong Biru, dan Desa Kemingking.
Selain itu, Bupati Basel Riza Herdavid mengusulkan nantinya ingin membuat gerbang di setiap daerah perbatasan antara Bateng dan Basel. Ia pun berharap permasalahan batas wilayah ini dapat segera diselesaikan dengan adil tanpa harus ada yang merasa rugi.
Menengahi pembahasan ini, Pj Gubernur berharap keputusan dapat diambil dengan kepala dingin oleh para bupati, yang mana telah bersepakat, apabila harus melepaskan salah satu wilayahnya, dapat benar-benar diputuskan secara adil. Di mana, tidak ada pihak mana pun yang dirugikan, baik itu pemerintah kabupaten, maupun masyarakatnya.
“Pak Bupati Bateng dan Pak Bupati Basel sudah bersepakat. Silakan nanti teknisnya dibahas lagi setelah ini. Intinya buat keputusan yang tidak merugikan Bateng dan tidak merugikan Basel juga. Nanti kalau sudah, bisa kita bawa sama-sama ke Kemendagri,” ujar Pj Gubernur. (**)
