PANGKALPINANG – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Bangka Belitung (Babel) mengesahkan Raperda APBD Perubahan Tahun Anggaran 2021, pada rapat paripurna yang dilaksanakan di Ruang Paripurna DPRD Babel, Jumat (17/9/21).
Ketok palu pengesahan dilakukan Ketua DPRD Babel Herman Suhadi, setelah sebelumnya saat dengar pandangan seluruh Fraksi menyetujui raperda yang mulai dibahas pada Agustus lalu tersebut disahkan.
“Atas hasil ini, DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menyetujui dengan berbagai saran, catatan, dan masukan. Kami meminta kepada eksekutif untuk segera memproses lebih lanjut sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku,” ujar Ketua DPRD Babel, Herman Suhadi.
Saat dengar pandangan, seluruh fraksi seperti Fraksi Gerindra, Fraksi Nasdem, Fraksi PKS, Fraksi Demokrat, Fraksi PPP, Fraksi Golkar, dan Fraksi PDI-P juga memberikan berbagai masukan atau saran kepada Gubernur Babel Erzaldi Rosman, yang hadir pada paripurna tersebut. Saran yang diberikan berkenaan dengan perekonomian, kesehatan, hingga persoalan pertambangan.
Gubernur Erzaldi mengungkapkan akan menerima segala masukan yang diberikan fraksi untuk memaksimalkan anggaran yang ada, dan bergerak cepat dalam merealisasikan dan mengimplimentasikan anggaran di seluruh sektor. Ia juga mengajak legislatif untuk terus bersinergi agar pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh pihaknya dapat berjalan efektif.
“Berkenaan soal vaksin, terus terang saja kita berlomba-lomba untuk mendapatkan jumlah vaksin yang banyak. Tetapi, kita juga kan harus mengerti keterbatasan vaksin ini dari pusat, tapi kita terus berupaya. Hasil dari vaksin kita juga bahkan di atas rata-rata nasional. Ini yang menggembirakan kita, dan kasus Covid-19 di Babel pun mulai melandai,” ujarnya menanggapi pandangan fraksi.
Gubernur juga menjawab pandangan perihal kelangkaan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) yang terjadi di Belitung. Upaya terus dilakukan pemerintah dalam menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut, salah satunya dengan menambah pasokan bahan bakar di SPBU. Pasokan BBM ditegas gubernur yang akrab disapa Bang ER ini, sudah dilakukan penambahan oleh Pertamina.
“Hari ini saya dapat kabar mulai ada penambahan. Jadi, dari kemarin sudah mulai ada kebijakan penambahan untuk disuplai ke SPBU. Kita tidak bisa suplai ke luar SPBU karena aturannya begitu. Tambahan premium ada penambahan 101persen, pertalite 117 persen, pertamax 337 persen, dan gasoline 118 persen,” katanya.
“Semoga apa yang sudah disampaikan kawan-kawan di DPRD menjadi catatan penting bagi kami Pemprov. Babel ke depan, agar menjadi provinsi yang lebih baik lagi. Insya Allah, bersama kita bisa, kita harus kuat, kompak, dan sinergi dengan tujuan yang sama, menyelaraskan, dan membangun negeri kita ini menjadi lebih baik dan kuat,” pungkasnya. (rel/fh)
