MUBA – Langkah mantan Pj Bupati Muba Apriyadi Mahmud maju sebagai Calon Bupati Muba periode 2024-2029 semakin masif pergerakannya. Selain dorongan dan support dari berbagai elemen di Bumi Serasan Sekate, Apriyadi Mahmud juga mendapatkan dukungan yang kuat dari istri tercinta Asna Aini.
Selasa (7/5/2024) siang terpantau Asna Aini hadir secara langsung ke beberapa parpol diantaranya NasDem dan PAN untuk mengembalikan formulir pendaftaran sang suami Apriyadi Mahmud menjadi Calon Bupati, bahkan Asna Aini juga ikut mengambil formulir pendaftaran ke Partai Perindo.
“Bismillah, dengan niat yang baik untuk membangun daerah asal-nya. Saya sangat mensupport pak Apriyadi untuk menjadi Calon Bupati Muba periode 2024-2029,” ungkap Asna Aini.
Ibu tiga orang anak itu mengaku, sang suami Apriyadi Mahmud sangat mempunyai harapan dan keinginan yang besar untuk lebih memajukan Kabupaten Muba.
“Beliau sudah mengabdi sebagai ASN sejak puluhan tahun yang lalu di Muba. Tentu kecintaan terhadap daerah asalnya dan keinginan memajukan daerahnya sendiri sudah sangat melekat,” tuturnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua Tim Penjaringan Partai NasDem Muba, Abdul Kadir mengatakan tercatat sudah ada 3 orang yang mengembalikan formulir Calon Bupati ke Partai NasDem.
“Setelah ini akan ada tahapan seleksi dari DPP, semoga nantinya Calon yang diusung dapat memberikan kontribusi positif untuk masyarakat dan membawa nama besar Partai NasDem,” tandasnya.
Sebagaimana diketahui Apriyadi merupakan Pejabat Bupati Muba periode 202-2024 sebelum akhirnya pada April 2024 kemarin digantikan oleh Sandi Fahlevi.
Setelah digantikan Sandi, Apriyadi kembali menduduki jabatan Sekda Muba sebelum akhirnya maju di Pilbup Muba 2024. (**)
