KOBA – Bupati Bangka Tengah Algafry Rahman minta tenaga kesehatan bersikap netral. Biskuit berlogo Kemenkes jangan dijadikan alat kampanye.
Hal ini dikatakannya terkait adanya informasi pembagian biskuit berlogo Kementerian Kesehatan dalam pemilihan serentak kepala desa se Bangka Tengah.
“Saya dapat informasi di Desa Lubuk Pabrik ada pembagian Biskuit bayi warna pink berlogo Kemenkes. Itu produk pemerintah, seharusnya tidak boleh dijadikan alat untuk kampanye,” kata Algafry, Kamis (5/8/2021).
Algafry minta Kadinkes Bangka Tengah segera kroscek temuan ini. Dia minta pendistribusian biskuit sesuai mekanisme berlaku.
“Itu hak orang banyak, dan yang menerimanya khusus bagi masyarakat yang memiliki bayi, bukan sembarangan dalam pendistribusian,” ungkapnya.
Pihaknya, kata Algafry, akan menindak tegas jika ada tenaga kesehatan terlibat dalam kampanye salah satu calon Kepala Desa.
“Semua Aparatur Sipil Negara atau Honorer bersikap netral. Kita akan tindak kalau ada yang tidak netral,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Kadinkes Bangka Tengah, Zaitun mengaku telah mengkroscek ke lapangan hasil temuan ini. Dari informasi tenaga kesehatan di Kecamatan Lubuk besar dan Lubuk Pabrik, bahwa biskuit itu bukan berasal dari pihaknya.
“Sejauh ini kami belum mendistribusikan biskuit bayi tersebut. Sumbernya bukan dari kami, dan biskuit itu memang benar berasal dari Kemenkes RI,” ungkapnya.
Menurutnya, dalam pendistribusian, pihaknya melibatkan pihak ketiga, yakni pihak Kantor Pos. Mekanismenya, Kantor Pos mengantarkan ke Puskesmas se-Bangka Tengah, kemudian Bidan Desa akan mengambil biskuit itu sesuai kebutuhan.
“Yang mengambil bukan sembarang orang, hanya Bidan Desa yang bisa mengambilnya ke Puskesmas dan setiap pendistribusian ada tanda terimanya,” jelas Zaitun.
Biskuit yang telah beredar, kata Zaitun diduga mengatas namanakan salah satu calon kades Lubuk Pabrik.
Zaitun mengaku telah mengkroscek ke Dinkes Provinsi Babel.
Dari kroscek itu, benar ada salah satu Partai mengusulkan permintaan Biskuit Bayi itu ke Kemenkes RI. Kemudian, biskuit itu di distribusikan ke pengurus partai daerah.
“Mungkin biskuit itu dari salah satu partai yang minta ke Kemenkes RI. Kami tegaskan, biskuit itu bukan dari tenaga kesehatan kami,” tegasnya lagi. (rn/rb)
