PANGKALPINANG – Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang gelar rapat pembahasan substansi rancangan RTRW atau Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kota Pangkalpinang tahun 2024-2044 di Ruang Pertemuan Dinas PUPR Kota Pangkalpinang, Senin (6/5/2024).
“Alhamdulillah hari ini kita membahas forum penataan ruang untuk Peraturan Derah RTRW karena Perda Nomor 1 Tahun 2012 tentang RTRW akan dicabut dan akan diganti dengan Perda yang baru,” Sekretaris Daerah Kota Pangkalpinang, Mie Go.
Mie Go menuturkan, hal ini sedang dibahas di forum penataan ruang nerkenaan tentang peruntukan dan sebagainya.
“Jadi, ada tahapan-tahapan ini baru masuk 40% dan setelah ini akan dibahas uji publik satu dan dua nantinya. Kemudian nanti akan dibahas di provinsi dan kementerian juga,”kata Mie Go.
Setelah itu, tambahnya, semua baru di Paripurna di DPRD sesuai jadwal di bulan Agustus dan September sebagaimana yang ditargetkan.
“Akan tetapi, ada beberapa perkembangan dan ada isu-isu strategis. Pada saat ini kita bahas dan kemudian rencana kedepan Kota Pangkalpinang dengan RPJMD yang baru. Tentu hal ini harus dipersiapkan dengan baik. Karna RTRW ini menjadi dalam kebijakan pembangunan di Kota Pangkalpinang,”terangnya. (***)
