PANGKALPINANG – Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) Ridwan Djamaluddin turut memberikan beberapa pengarahan kepada para ASN di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Babel, usai upacara Senin pagi (27/6/2022).
Ridwan mengajak para ASN untuk menjadi satu keluarga dan bergerak dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
“Kita harus kompak bergerak dalam satu keluarga, dalam perahu tidak boleh bocor. Jika ada masalah, harmonisasi tugas kita adalah mencari jalan keluar. Jangan kita terjebak dalam masalah, dan jalin komunikasi terbuka yang positif,” katanya.
Dalam kesempatan itu, ia menekankan beberapa hal tentang tugas dan pekerjaan salah satunya terkait inflasi, penyatuan tata ruang zona darat dan laut, hingga kebijakannya merangkul badan usaha untuk menata lebih baik pertambangan di Babel.
“Saya mohon dukungan dan kerja sama kita semua. Kebijakan ini menimbang akan nilai ekonomi yang setinggi-tingginya namun tidak merusak lingkungan,” ungkap Pj. Gubernur Ridwan.
Ia juga memberikan catatan tentang pengentasan gizi buruk dengan cara mengonsumsi pangan lokal. Hal lainnya tentang penyerapan anggaran, vaksinasi Covid-19, penanganan Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) hewan ternak.
“Kita tidak boleh terjebak dalam kendala birokrasi, harus kita carikan solusi. Mari kita cari jalan keluarnya, saya secara pribadi terbuka untuk menerima komunikasi dengan seluruh ASN dan seluruh warga Kepulauan Bangka Belitung,” pungkasnya. (irna)
