JAKARTA – PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) kembali meraih penghargaan bergengsi dari institusi internasional sebagai satu-satunya perusahaan di Indonesia yang masuk jajaran Forbes 2022 kategori World’s Best Employer.
Telkom bahkan mengalami peningkatan dengan menempati ranking ke 153 (ranking 299 pada tahun 2021) dari total 800 perusahaan terpilih dunia.
Pengamat BUMN Kiki Rizki Yoctavian mengatakan, ketika Forbes merilis daftar perusahaan terbaik di dunia keenam dalam kemitraan dengan perusahaan riset dan konsultan Statista, ada perusahaan BUMN yaitu PT. Telkom yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi ini berhasil mengalahkan perusahaan asal Inggris Tesco, produsen permainan Lego Group, perusahaan Canon dari Jepang sampai Walt Disney.
“Keberhasilan ini adalah salah satu keberhasilan Erick Thohir sebagai Menteri BUMN yang menjalankan Transformasi di perusahaan-perusahaan milik negara,” kata Rizki Yoctavian saat dihubungi, Selasa (8/11).
Dikatakan Rizki Yoctavian, survei yang dilakukan Statista dalam ajang bergengsi ini untuk mengetahui dampak dan citra perusahaan, pengembangan bakat, kesetaraan gender, dan tanggung jawab sosial.
“Empat poin tersebut masuk dalam program transformasi BUMN yang dijalankan Menteri BUMN melalui Kementerian BUMN,” ujarnya.
Menurut Rizki Yoctavian tanggung jawab sosial menjadi hal utama dalam transformasi perusahan BUMN. Sosok Erick Thohir merupakan pemimpin yang memiliki tanggung jawab sosial paling tinggi, hal itu terlihat dengan konsistennya Erick Thohir melakukan transformasi dan perbaikan sistem yang ada di BUMN, termasuk bidang Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) dengan fokus pada pendidikan, lingkungan hidup, dan pendampingan UMKM.
“Menteri BUMN melalui Deputi SDM terus memperbaiki tata kelolanya terkait kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan TJSL dan penguatan dari struktur unit di CSR, termasuk berkolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal dan internal untuk program-program CSR ke masyarakat, guna meningkatkan engagement dalam kegiatan-kegiatan CSR, tentunya ini akan mendorong program Employee Volunteer Program di BUMN,” ucapnya.
Dijelaskan Rizki, ketika program-program tersebut berjalan maka dengan sendirinya citra perusahaan akan terangkat. “Ini merupakan jurus jitu Erick Thohir melalui Kementerian BUMN dalam melakukan Transformasi di BUMN,” jelasnya.
Rizki Yoctavian meyakini betul, perusahan-perusahan BUMN lainnya bisa meraih penghargaan internasional, seperti yang telah diraih oleh beberapa perusahan BUMN.
“Apa yang menjadi prestasi Telkom Indonesia tentunya akan dapat diraih oleh BUMN-BUMN lain. Seperti keberhasilan Pertamina yang masuk di peringkat 287 daftar 500 perusahaan besar di dunia versi Fortune pada tahun lalu, dan keberhasilan PT. IPC Terminal Peti Kemas meraih penghargaan pada ajang corporate rating The Sixth Global Ports Forum Awards 2022 diselenggarakan oleh Global Port Forum,” pungkasnya. (***)
