PANGKALPINANG – Pemerintah Provinsi Bangka Belitung (Pemprov. Babel) memperingati Hari Bakti PUPR (Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat) ke-76, dengan melaksanakan upacara yang berlangsung di Gelanggang Olahraga (GOR) Sahabudin Sport Center, kawasan Pemprov Babel, Jumat (3/12/21) pagi.
Upacara yang bertema “Sigap Membangun Negeri” itu diikuti oleh ratusan peserta, mulai dari pimpinan hingga pegawai Dinas PUPR Babel, Satker (Satuan kerja), dan mitra, berlangsung khidmat. Menariknya, dalam upacara tersebut memperlihatkan konsep bernuansa persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa. Seluruh peserta upacara mengenakan pakaian adat nusantara dari Sabang sampai Merauke.
Wakil Gubernur Babel Abdul Fatah, yang bertindak sebagai inspektur upacara, dalam amanatnya menyampaikan pesan dari Menteri PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono. Memasuki tahun 2022, amanah dan kepercayaan yang diberikan kepada Kementerian PUPR semakin besar. Untuk itu, insan PUPR diharapkan terus mengimplementasikan nilai iProve PUPR yaitu Integritas, Profesional, Orientasi Misi, Visioner, dan Etika Akhlakul Karimah.
“Hal ini sejalan dengan core values ASN Berakhlak, yaitu berorientasi pelayanan, akuntabel, kompeten, harmonis, loyal, adaptif, dan kolaboratif. Serta, khusus untuk insan PUPR, saya ingin kita semua memiliki sifat yang kuat, berani, berjiwa seni, dan berakhlakul karimah,” ungkapnya.
Harapan serupa juga disampaikan Wagub Abdul Fatah untuk seluruh insan PUPR di Bangka Belitung, yang memiliki tugas yang sama untuk mengabdikan diri kepada kesejahteraan masyarakat, baik peningkatan ekonomi di daerah, maupun nasional. Serta peningkatan pembangunan yang menjadi tujuan besar, yakni membangun negeri.
Untuk membangun negeri ini diungkapkan Wagub, yang dimintakan adalah pengertiannya seluruh insan organisasi PUPR dengan memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi, dengan memaksimalkan dan menggerakkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk bekerja cepat, bekerja tepat, serta memberikan manfaat.
“Ini adalah pesan dari Pimpinan PUPR RI kepada seluruh tataran perangkatnya di daerah-daerah. Kesempatan-kesempatan ini harus dimaksimalkan dengan sebaik-baiknya, dan semoga apa yang dilakukan oleh para pengabdi, dan pelaku pembangunan negeri bisa termanfaatkan secara optimal,” harapnya.
Jika kesemua pelaksanaan pembangunan di Babel, mulai dari perencanaan hingga teknis dapat berjalan dengan baik, Wagub Abdul Fatah meyakini harapan besar yang disematkan Presiden Joko Widodo beserta Menteri PUPR kepada daerah-daerah, dapat diwujudkan oleh pemerintah daerah, khususnya Pemprov. Babel, dan seluruh perangkat Kabupaten/Kota.
“Jika apa yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kehendak dan kesesuaian yang tepat pada tataran umum, saya yakin kalau itu sudah berjalan, berarti pembangunan di kita (Bangka Belitung) sudah bagus,” pungkasnya.
Hadir dalam upacara peringatan Hari Bakti PUPR ke-76 tersebut diantaranya Asisten bidang Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Babel, Kepala Dinas PUPR Babel, Kepala Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Babel, Kepala Balai Pelaksana Jalan Nasional Babel, Kepala Balai Pelaksana Pemilihan Jasa Konstruksi Babel, Kepala Satker Penyediaan Perumahan Babel, serta para senior Kementerian PUPR.
