BPH Migas Minta Polda Babel Usut Tuntas Kasus Penyalahgunaan BBM Subsidi di Tempilang

ANGGOTA Komite Badan Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPH Migas, Saleh Abdurahman meminta polisi mengusut tuntas dugaan penyalahgunaan BBM subsidi jenis solar di Tempilang, Kabupaten Bangka Barat.

“Betul, penyalahgunaan bbm subsidi (solar) sudah ada aturannya shg (sehingga) dapat diproses lebih lanjut oleh pihak kepolisian. BPH mendukung langkah tsb,” kata Saleh Abdurahman, kepada suarapos.com grup suarabangka.com, Rabu pagi (7/6/2023).

BPH Migas, kata Saleh akan meningkatkan pengawasan terkait penyaluran bahan bakar minyak (BBM) bersubsidi dengan bekerjasama dengan aparat penegak hukum.

“Kami terus meningkatkan pengawasan bekerjasama dg (dengan) APH dan juga pemda agar subsidi bbm tepat sasaran,” kata Saleh.

Makanya Saleh mengaku optimis penyaluran BBM subsidi dapat tepat sasaran.

“Kita optimis bhw dg (bahwa dengan) registrasi subsidi tepat kita menuju ke subsidi yg lebih tepat sasaran,” ujar Saleh dalam pesan tertulis lewat WhatsApp.

Sementara jika terbukti SPBN maupun SPBU menyalahgunakan BBM subsidi maka akan dikenan sanksi.

“Untuk sanksinya, badan usaha penugasan Pertamina memiliki SOP dg lembaga penyalur/SPBU bisa berupa penghentian penyaluran solar,” kata Saleh.

Terkait dugaan penyalahgunaan BBM subsidi solar ini, BPH migas segera akan berkoordinasi dengan Pertamina.

“Kami akan cek dan terus berkordinasi dg pertamina,” tegas Saleh.

Melansir Suarapos.com, sebelumnya, Polisi berhasil membongkar dugaan penimbunan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) jenis solar bersubsidi. Satu orang sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.

BBM jenis solar bersubsidi tersebut ditengarai berasal dari Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Nelayan (SPBN) Tempilang, Kabupaten Bangka Barat,  Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.

Direktur Polairud Polda Babel, Kombes (Pol) Tri Agus Waluyo melalui Kasubdit Gakkum, AKBP Indra Feri Dalimunte, Selasa (30/5/2023), menjelaskan bahwa polisi menggerebek gudang milik seorang terduga pelaku berinisial H yang disinyalir dijadikan tempat penyimpanan BBM subsidi jenis solar sekitar 2 pekan lalu.

“Satu tersangka sudah kita amankan. Menurut kami masih banyak pengerit di sana, ini kami sedang intip,” kata Kasubdit Gakkum, AKBP Indra Feri Dalimunte, Selasa (30/5/2023).

Ketika itu, kata Dalimunte, Ditpolairud Polda Babel melakukan penggerebekan ke tempat yang diduga melakukan praktek peenyalahgunaan BBM subsidi yang peruntukannya untuk nelayan tapi disalahgunakan untuk pertambangan.

“Personel Gakkum melakukan penggerbekan. Di lokasi menemukan barang bukti 44 jeriken BBM jenis solar, mobil Mitsubishi Kuda warna silver BN 2262 lC, motor Suzuki Thunder warna biru BN 2398 RT, 1 buah ragak dan 6 jeriken kosong, Hp merek Nokia warna merah dan Hp android merek Redmi warna hitam,” katanya.

Untuk terduga pelaku, kata Dalimune, sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. “Untuk tersangka baru satu orang yang ditetapkan dan tidak menutup kemungkinan ada tersangka lainnya. Saat ini kami mau periksa ahli dan uji BBM ke labortorium dan saat ini sedang dalam pemberkasan,” jelasnya.

Menurut narasumber yang keberatan namanya ditulis SPBN Tempilang dulunya milik Tanwin, mantan anggota DPRD Provinsi Babel. Namun oleh Tanwin sudah dijual ke pihak lain.

“Kacau memang pak, BBM solar yang peruntukan untuk nelayan ternyata disalahgunakan untuk kegiatan tambang illegal. Banyak nelayan menjerit selalu kehabisan stok, jika ada pasti jumlahnya sedikit dan cepat habis di SPBN Tempilang. Minta tolong pak, kasihan nelayan yang ingin melaut kalau BBM subsidi disalahgunakan. Polisi harus serius usut sampai tuntas sampai ke bos atau pemilik SPBN, jangan-jangan terlibat,” kata narasumber tersebut, Selasa (30/5/2023).

Masih menurut sumber, kegiatan dugaan penyelewengan di SPBN Tempilang ditengarai dibekingi oleh oknum tertentu.

“Jelas ada beking oknum, kalau tidak ada mana berani pengerit ngambil BBM subsidi untuk nelayan,” ujar sumber.

Sementara itu, Tanwin, mantan anggota DPRD Babel membenarkan jika SPBN di Tempilang punya dia tapi sudah dijual.

“Sebulan lalu sudah saya jual ke bos pemilik SPBU di Simpang Lumut. SPBN Tempilang dan di Muntok. Kalau soal penyelewengan BBM subsidi di SPBN Tempilang langsung tanya saja dengan polisi. Jangan dulu jaman saya selalu ditangkapi, polisi harus usut benar-benar soalnya itu. BBM subsidi solar itu untuk nelayan bukan penambang,” jelas Tanwin, Selasa siang (30/5/2023).

Ditanya apakah BBM SPBN Tempilang dipasok dari BBM di luar Pertamina? Tanwin membantahnya.

“Kalau itu saya pastikan tidak ada minyak dari laut. Itu resmi yang pasok Pertamina langsung. Kalau mau jelasnya silakan tanya ke bos SPBU Lumut,” ujarnya.
