BANGKA – Nelayan Teluk Kelabat Dalam geram dengan semakin maraknya aktivitas Ponton Isap Produksi (PIP) di Perairan Desa Pusuk dan Riding Panjang Kabupaten Bangka Barat Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel).
Ponton – ponton tersebut diduga di koordinir tiga pemain tambang laut berinisial MN, SS, DD dan I.
“Mereka telah mendirikan masing – masing Pos Pengaman (PAM) dilokasi. Ada tiga Pos PAM dengan bendera berbeda,”terang Wisnu, Minggu (25/12/2022), malam.
Wisnu berharap aparat kepolisian segera turun kelokasi untuk memberikan sanksi tegas bukan sekedar imbauan semata.
“Sudah saatnya aparat memberikan sanksi tegas terhadap pelaku tambang ilegal, jika selama ini hanya imbauan, ada baiknya lebih dari itu,”harap Wisnu.
Wisnu mengatakan, nelayan Teluk Kelabat Dalam terdiri dari Riding Panjang dan Pusuk telah mengecek lokasi tempat dimana aktivitas PIP Beroperasi.
“Saya bersama 10 nelayan mengecek lokasi dimana PIP Beroperasi. Kami minta kepada aparat agar PIP tersebut segera ditertibkan,”pintanya.
Ditegaskan Wisnu, Nelayan Teluk Kelabat Dalam sejak awal menolak adanya aktifitas tambang laut di wilayah tangkap nelayan.
Penambangan yang dilakukan secara illegal bukan saja merusak alam bawah laut, akan tetapi berdampak pula dengan hasil tangkapan nelayan setempat.
“Kami sudah kesana – kemari meminta keadilan, tapi nyatanya? Apa yang kami lakukan hanya minta ruang dan mempertahankan wilayah tangkap nelayan dari kehancuran akibat tambang illegal,”tegasnya.
Perahu Nelayan Sempat Dibuntuti
Wisnu menegaskan perahu nelayan diduga dibuntuti oleh Speed lidah penambang saat melintas di Perairan Pulau Dante dan Pulau Padi.
“Kami pun sempat (diduga) dibuntuti oleh 2 speed lidah dari penambang. Dan salah satu dari speed tersebut berbendara yang bertuliskan B1450BE,”terangnya.
Kondisi ini kata Wisnu membuat nelayan kesal dan merasa terintimidasi. Nelayan akan merespon kejadian itu dengan cara mendatangi PIP sebagai bentuk protes.
“Kami bersama Forum Nelayan Pecinta Teluk Kelabat Dalam minta APH bertindak tegas, kalau terpaksa maka kami akan turun kelapangan, apapun yang terjadi,”tegasnya.
Sementara Direktur Polairud Polda Babel Kombes Pol Agus Try Waluyo saat dikonfirmasi belum merespon.
