SUNGAILIAT – Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) Erzaldi Rosman, kembali menyerahkan sejumlah bantuan kepada anak-anak yatim piatu dan lanjut usia (lansia). Penyerahan bantuan tersebut dilaksanakan di halaman Gedung Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Al-Kautsar, Sungailiat, Kabupaten Bangka, Selasa (14/12/21) sore.
Bantuan berupa dana hibah, kursi roda, dan jaminan kesehatan yang diserahkan orang nomor satu di Babel itu merupakan kegiatan dalam rangkaian memperingati Hari Kesetiakawanan Sosial Nasional (HKSN) pada 20 Desember 2021 mendatang, dimana puncak acaranya akan diselenggarakan di Kabupaten Bangka Barat.
Kepada penerima bantuan maupun tamu undangan, Gubernur Erzaldi yang pada kesempatan tersebut didampingi sang istri Melati Erzaldi, mengungkapkan jika kegiatan sosial yang dimotori oleh Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (Dinsos-PMD) Babel, bertujuan untuk meringankan beban masyarakat yang kurang mampu.
“Kami (Pemprov. Babel) bersyukur, Bangka Belitung menjadi tuan rumah pelaksanaan HKSN tingkat nasional. Bantuan ini masih dalam rangkaian HKSN yakni lintas berbagi bagi masyarakat kita,” ungkapnya.
Pemprov. Babel, dijelaskan Gubernur Erzaldi, tidak berjalan sendiri dalam penyerahan bantuan. Pihaknya juga melibatkan seluruh _stakeholder,_ baik BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara), perbankan, maupun pihak perusahaan swasta. Hal ini guna memberikan kesempatan kepada setiap perusahaan mendedikasikan dan memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat.
“Kegiatan HKSN ini kita isi dengan berbagi kepada masyarakat. Kita dorong rekan-rekan mitra kita agar tergugah hatinya untuk saling membantu kepada masyarakat secara luas. Alhamdulillah HKSN ini banyak sekali bantuan yang secara kondisi memang perlu dibantu. Tidak saja bantuan ekonomi, tetapi juga bantuan usaha, dan bantuan lainnya,” ujarnya.
Sepanjang acara, Gubernur berbincang dengan para lansia, anak yatim, serta duda dan janda. Dalam perbincangan tersebut, dirinya banyak mengetahui kondisi yang dialami oleh rakyatnya. Untuk itu, ia menegaskan bantuan-bantuan yang diserahkan tidak hanya sebatas pada kegiatan seremonial dan hanya sekali ini saja, tetapi pemerintah akan memberikan perhatian khusus.
Gubenur mencontohkan seperti saat obrolannya bersama seorang janda yang kesehariannya tinggal seorang diri. Sehingga bantuan yang mereka butuhkan tidak hanya saat acara tersebut saja, namun berkelanjutan pasca acara. Begitu pula dengan anak-anak yatim.
“Terima kasih kepada saudara yang sudah berbagi, dan untuk yang sudah menerima bantuan, syukuri. Insyaallah dengan bersyukur Allah akan melipatgandakan nikmat-nikmat lainnya,” pungkasnya. (rangga)
